1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Woona application (the “Application”). By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Access and account

3. Acceptable use

Zero tolerance: no objectionable content or abusive behaviour is tolerated. Any breach may lead to the immediate removal of the content and to the suspension or deletion of the account, without notice.

You undertake not to publish or distribute content that is:

You also undertake not to disrupt the service (mass scraping, circumvention of technical limits, breach of security).

4. User content

5. Location and data

The Application uses location (including in the background during a walk, with your consent). The processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer — advice

The information in the Application (coach, health record, safety/nutrition advice, routes) is provided for guidance only and does not replace the advice of a veterinarian nor your own judgement on the ground. Woona cannot be held liable for decisions taken on that basis.

The emergency numbers shown depend on your country: Woona only shows lines whose handling of animals has been confirmed with the organisation, together with the date of that check. They may change; elsewhere, the Application refers you to your veterinarian or to an on-call veterinarian.

7. Availability and liability

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Application (Us → Account & security → Danger zone). Deletion erases your personal data (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may change; the date at the top indicates the latest version.

10. Complaints and mediation

A complaint is first made in writing to contact@woona.app. If it is not resolved, you may turn, free of charge, to the body of your country:

11. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by French law. If you accept them as a consumer and live outside France, you keep the protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of your country, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence; no clause of these Terms deprives you of that. Otherwise, and for any other dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction.

In Quebec, these Terms are drawn up in French, and nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act.
